Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All product images represent the actual product as you will receive. This includes size as described in the description, color and boxing (where photo is available).
Pictures shown on banners are for illustration purpose only.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once an order is placed, you will automatically receive a receipt in your email. You can also check your order history in your account area.
A hard copy of the receipt will be attached to the product during shipping.

How can I return an item?

Please refer to the link here for items to be returned. This does not include faulty equipment.
